This product is a paper stick used for paper polishing. The "wood" material is soft and easily conforms to steel, allowing for quick polishing. On the other hand, "aluminum" is hard and does not conform easily to steel, resulting in longer polishing times, but it provides a very flat finish with minimal orange peel.
